早期进行听知觉训练对3岁以内发育迟滞儿童语言发育的影响

目的探讨早期进行听知觉训练对发育迟滞儿童语言发育的影响。方法将2013年12月~2014年12月在湖南省儿童医院康复中心治疗的92例发育迟滞儿童分为干预组和对照组,干预组49例除进行常规的康复治疗外还早期进行听知觉训练,对照组43例只进行常规的康复治疗,然后将两组患儿的总有效率进行比较。结果干预组患儿31例显效,13例有效,6例无效,总有效率89.8%;对照组患儿10例显效,22例有效,9例无效,总有效率74.3%;两组进行有效率的卡方检验有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论早期进行听知觉训练可以促进3岁以内发育迟滞儿童语言发育,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of early hearing training on language development in children with developmental delay. Methods Ninety-two children with developmental retardation who were treated in Hunan Children’s Hospital Rehabilitation Center between December 2013 and December 2014 were divided into intervention group and control group. In intervention group, 49 patients received early cognitive training besides routine rehabilitation , The control group of 43 cases only conventional rehabilitation treatment, and then the total efficiency of two groups of children were compared. Results In the intervention group, 31 cases were effective, 13 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.8%. In the control group, 10 cases were effective, 22 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 74.3% The chi-square test was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion Early hearing training can promote the language development of children with developmental delay within 3 years, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
