针对常规探放水钻机采用静压水施工时水压低、水流不稳定, 配套专用的大功率泥浆泵车成本高, 同时受井下掘进迎头钻探施工空间限制, 根据探放水施工工艺和特点, 采用负载敏感液压技术和两体化的设计理念, 进行了泵车主要部件选型、液压系统和泵车整体布局等设计.研制了一种煤矿井下探放水钻机用泵车, 克服了井下静压水对钻探负载适应性差的不足和履带钻机外形尺寸大带来的运输和施工不便的问题, 该泵车可以同时满足双臂钻孔的施工要求, 提高钻孔施工效率, 有效保障煤矿生产安全.“,”In view of the low water pressure and unstable water flow of conventional exploratory and drainage rig during hydrostatic construction, the high cost of supporting dedicated high-power mud pump truck, and the limitation by the drilling construction space of underground tunneling head, the main parts of the pump truck are selected, the hydraulic system and the overall layout were designed, according to the construction technology and characteristics of exploratory drainage and using load sensitive hydraulic technology and two-body design concept. A pump truck for underground exploration and drainage drilling rigs in underground coal mines has been developed, overcoming the inadequacy of poor adaptability of underground hydrostatic pressure on the drilling load and the inconvenience of transportation and construction caused by the large size of the crawler drilling rig. This pump truck can meet the construction requirements of double-arm drilling, improve the efficiency of drilling construction, and effectively guarantee the safety of coal mine production.
