探讨瞬变电磁法探测并行埋地金属管道时,采用三维有限元数值模拟方法研究在信号关断前后不同时刻的并行管道磁场变化情况。利用ANSYS软件的特点,通过APDL命令建立相应的模型并求解。结果表明,管道上的磁场在信号关断的前一刻达到最大值,随着信号关断后开始逐渐衰减,在很短的时间内衰减至最小,不同壁厚组的埋地管道衰减速度不一样,壁厚大的组衰减更慢,通过这一差异从而求出管道腐蚀的区域。
When discussing transient electromagnetic method to detect parallel buried metal pipelines, the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation method is used to study the changes of the parallel pipe magnetic field before and after the signal turn-off. Utilize the characteristic of ANSYS software, establish corresponding model through APDL order and solve. The results show that the magnetic field on the pipe reaches the maximum value immediately before the signal turns off, decays gradually as the signal turns off, and decays to a minimum in a short period of time. The attenuation rate of buried pipes in different wall thickness groups is not the same , The wall thickness of the group decay more slowly, through this difference in order to find the pipe corrosion area.
