我院收治由胃复安引起的婴幼儿椎体外系症状30例,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:男18例,女12例。年龄最小4个月,最大2岁。原发病:肠炎20例,上呼吸道感染7例,肺炎3例。均因呕吐而使用胃复安。给药途径均为肌肉注射。剂量:25例超过常规用量,其中用量0.5～1mg/kg/次20例,1.1～2mg/kg/次4例,有1例用量达2.5mg/kg/次。另5例用量
