选择158例T2DM患者,根据是否合并MS及其组成成分的不同集聚状态分组的变化。结果:合并MS比不伴MS患者的SDNN、SDANN Index、SDNN Indexr、MSSD和PNN50显著下降(P=0.000~0.015),随着MS组成成分的集聚进一步下降。SDNN与MS及其组成成分的集聚状态显著负相关(r=-0.528,-0.611;P=0.000)。多因素分析SDNN与MS的组成成分显著负相关(R2=0.631)。结论:MS可能参与了老年2型DM患者自主神经病变的发生发展。
Choose 158 cases of T2DM patients, according to whether the merger of MS and its components of different agglomeration group changes. Results: SDNN, SDANN Index, SDNN Indexr, MSSD and PNN50 in patients with MS were significantly lower than those without MS (P = 0.000 ~ 0.015), and further decreased with the concentration of MS. There was a significant negative correlation between SDNN and MS and its components (r = -0.528, -0.611; P = 0.000). Multivariate analysis SDNN was negatively correlated with the composition of MS (R2 = 0.631). Conclusion: MS may be involved in the development of autonomic neuropathy in elderly type 2 DM patients.
