预应力混凝土井字梁有多种配筋方法,为揭示传统的配筋方法存在的问题,本文从预应力混凝土井字梁整体受力特性、预应力等效荷载作用效率和抗震措施等角度加以分析,给出了较为合理的设计方法和相关建议:预应力混凝土井字梁的设计宜根据其整体工作特性考虑预应力等效荷载在井字梁之间的重分配,避免按单根构件计算预应力效应;应在预应力作用效率和井字梁整体工作特性两者之间求得平衡,不应简单追求预应力作用效率。相关结论可供工程设计人员参考。
