本文研究了Gd(Ⅲ)对Dy(Ⅲ)-1,5-双(1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基)戊二酮-[1,5](BPMPPD)-溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)体系的荧光增强作用。加入Gd(Ⅲ),不仅使Dy(Ⅲ)-BPMPPD-CTMAB体系的荧光强度明显增强,而且大大提高了该体系的稳定性和抗干扰能力。该体系中Dy(Ⅲ)浓度在4.0×10~(10)~1.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检测限为8.0×10~(-11)mol/L。该体系用于合成样品中微量Dy(Ⅲ)的测定,取得了满意的结果。
The effects of Gd (Ⅲ) on the degradation of Dy (Ⅲ) -1,5-bis (1’-phenyl-3’-methyl-5’-oxopyrazol- , 5] (BPMPPD) - cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) system. The addition of Gd (Ⅲ) not only enhanced the fluorescence intensity of Dy (Ⅲ) -BPMPPD-CTMAB, but also greatly enhanced the stability and anti-interference ability of the system. The linear relationship between the concentration of Dy (Ⅲ) and its fluorescence intensity in the range of 4.0 × 10 -10 ~ 1.0 × 10 -6 mol / L with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10 ~ (-11) mol / L. The system is applied to the determination of trace Dy (Ⅲ) in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
