随着社会经济增长的速度越来越快,员工在工作中的激励显得越来越重要。据此,依据激励理论来找到激励员工的方法。首先给出激励的定义,然后论述激励理论并就两个具体的案例进行详细讨论:双因素理论和公平理论。最后通过分析问卷调查得到的数据对这两种理论进行评估。
With the social economy growing faster and faster, employees in the work of the incentive is more and more important. Accordingly, according to incentive theory to find ways to motivate employees. First, the definition of motivation is given, then the motivation theory is discussed and two specific cases are discussed in detail: two-factor theory and fairness theory.
