以2~3%二甲基硅油改性热塑性塑料,其摩擦系数减至1/2~1/4,磨损量大幅度下降,极限PV值显著提高,比用15%聚四氟乙烯或5%二硫化钼改性的摩擦磨损性能好。廉价的通用塑料经硅油内润滑改性后,完全可以代替高价的自润滑工程塑料。本文还介绍了硅油、聚四氟乙烯共改性料的摩擦磨损特性。
With 2 ~ 3% dimethicone modified thermoplastics, the friction coefficient reduced to 1/2 ~ 1/4, the wear dropped significantly, the limit PV significantly increased, than with 15% PTFE or 5% Molybdenum disulfide modified friction and wear properties. Cheap universal plastic modified by the silicone oil lubrication, can replace the high cost of self-lubricating engineering plastics. This article also introduced the friction and wear characteristics of silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene co-modified materials.
