本文通过对太阳能组件层压过程中,组件温升与EVA交联度的生成研究,分析了EVA交联度形成过程中,温升曲线对交联度的影响,温度的高低和层压时间长短有决定性影响,分段的温控系统不仅有利于交联度迅速形成,还可以避免由于层压时间过长导致的内在质量缺陷,有利于提高生产效率,降低能源消耗。
