目的胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)是一类与神经 内分泌 免疫系统有广泛联系的多肽物质 ,对机体组织细胞的生长发育、代谢和免疫功能有着重要作用。为了研究胰岛素样生长因子 Ⅰ(IGF Ⅰ)在应激引起的免疫抑制中的作用。方法应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)观察了应激小鼠血清IGF Ⅰ的含量变化。结果应激小鼠血清IGF Ⅰ的含量与正常对照组相比约减少了58 %(P<0 01) ,并且随着应激强度的增加而减少(P<0 05)。结论这一结果为进一步研究应激机制和IGF Ⅰ的免疫调节作用提供了一条新线索。
Objectives Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) are a class of polypeptides that are extensively linked to the neuroendocrine immune system and play an important role in the growth, metabolism and immune function of the tissue cells. To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) in stress-induced immunosuppression. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to observe the change of serum IGF Ⅰ in stress mice. Results Compared with the normal control group, the level of serum IGF Ⅰ in stress mice decreased by 58% (P <0.01), and decreased with the increase of stress intensity (P <0.05). Conclusions This result provides a new clue to further study the stress mechanism and immunomodulatory effect of IGF Ⅰ.
