【目的】探讨手术过程中持续空气消毒的新方法。【方法】采用空气采样器采样分析法 ,比较蒲公英合剂 (为 A组 )与空气清菌片 (为 C组 )及水蒸气 (为 B组 )对手术过程中房间内空气自然菌的杀菌效果。【结果】 1术中 1 h菌落下降率 >30 %的例数 :A组与 B组、A组与 C组及 C组与 B组之间差异均有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;而术中 1 h采样菌落下降率 >50 %的手术例数 :A组与 B组之间差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,A组与 C组之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ,C组与 B组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。2术后切口感染率 :A组为 3.33% ,B组为 9.76% ,C组为 6.67% ;总术后院内感染率 :A组为 3.33% ,B组为 1 9.51 % ,C组为 1 3.33%。【结论】蒲公英合剂杀菌效果较好 ,安全、经济实用 ,不仅适用于术中持续消毒空气 ,也可用于医院病房、家庭居室及人员密集的公共场所 ,值得推广应用
【Objective】 To explore a new method of continuous air disinfection during the operation. 【Method】 Airborne sampler was used to compare the bactericidal effect of dandelion mixture (group A) with airborne bacterioplankton (group C) and water vapor (group B) on airborne natural bacteria in the room during the operation. 【Results】 1 The number of cases with 1: 1 colony descending rate> 30% during operation was significantly different between group A and group B, group A and group C, group C and group B (P <0.01) ). However, the number of cases with colony drop rate> 50% at 1 hour after operation was significantly higher in group A than in group B (P <0.01), and there was a significant difference between group A and group C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group C and group B (P> 0.05). The infection rate of incision after operation was 3.33% in group A, 9.76% in group B and 6.67% in group C. The total nosocomial infection rate was 3.33% in group A, 9.51% in group B and 13.33 in group C %. 【Conclusion】 Dandelion mixture has a good bactericidal effect, which is safe, economical and practical. It is not only suitable for continuous disinfection of air during operation, but also suitable for public use in hospital wards, family rooms and staff intensive public places.
