目的:对尼群地平在非水溶液中的电化学行为进行研究,建立快速准确的尼群地平检测新方法。方法:非水溶液中的方波伏安法(square wave voltammetry,SWV)。结果:在0.5mol.L-1的高氯酸四丁基铵(tetrabutylam moniumperchlorate,TBAP)的乙腈溶液中尼群地平在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,尼群地平在0.1~1 000mg.L-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.1mg.L-1,平均回收率为100.88%,RSD为1.40%(n=6),检测时间仅需1min。该方法被应用于尼群地平片中尼群地平含量的测定获得了令人满意的结果。结论:该方法准确可靠,操作简便,快速,重复性好,可供药检部门采用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the electrochemical behavior of nitrendipine in non-aqueous solution and establish a rapid and accurate method for the detection of nitrendipine. Methods: Square wave voltammetry (SWV) in non-aqueous solution. Results: Nitrendipine had a sensitive oxidation peak at platinum electrode in 0.5mol.L-1 tetrabutylam moniumperchlorate solution (TBAP). The nitrendipine was 0.1-1000mg.L -1 with the peak current showed a good linear relationship with a detection limit of 0.1mg.L-1, the average recovery was 100.88%, RSD was 1.40% (n = 6), the detection time of only 1min. The method was applied to the determination of nitrendipine in nitrendipine tablets with satisfactory results. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, easy to operate, fast and reproducible, and can be used by drug testing departments.
