目的通过卫星搭载玉米种子选育雄性不育突变体 ,定向培育成新不育系供生产应用。方法利用卫星搭载飞行 1 5d的川丹 9号玉米种子返地种植后 ,选育出不育突变体 ,并通过直接杂交获得了不育系。结果不育材料花粉败育彻底 ,不育性状表现稳定 ,呈现出由隐性单基因控制的核不育的遗传特点。结论雄性不育突变体的出现与卫星搭载有关 ,为基因突变的结果
Objective To select male sterile mutants via maize sowing on satellite and cultivate them into new sterile lines for production and application. Methods After sowing the maize seeds of Chuan Dan 9 on satellites for 15 days, the male sterile mutants were selected and the sterile lines were obtained by direct hybridization. Results Pollen abortion was completely aborted in sterility materials. The sterility traits were stable and showed the genetic characteristics of nuclear infertility controlled by the recessive single gene.
