:目的 :探讨大黄清胃冲剂活性成分提取分离的优化工艺条件。方法 :以游离蒽醌提取率为定量指标 ,通过 4种生大黄煎煮方法的初步筛选 ,确定浸渍溶剂、浸渍时间、回流溶剂及回流时间为考察因素 ,并以U9(96)均匀表设计试验。结果 :大黄提取优化工艺条件为 70 %乙醇浸渍 14h和回流提取 80min。结论 :工艺条件可用于大黄清胃冲剂的生产制备。
:Objective : To explore the optimum conditions for extraction and separation of active ingredients from Dahuang Qingwei Granules. Methods: The extraction rate of free cesium was the quantitative index. Through the preliminary screening of four kinds of rhubarb boiling method, the impregnation solvent, immersion time, reflux solvent and reflux time were determined as the inspection factors, and U9 (96) uniform table design test was adopted. . Results: The optimized extraction conditions for rhubarb extraction were 70% ethanol impregnation for 14 h and reflux extraction for 80 min. Conclusion: The process conditions can be used for the production and preparation of Dahuang Qingwei Granules.
