:建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定奥美拉唑肠溶片含量的方法。以甲醇为溶剂 ,色谱柱 Waters Nova- Pak C1 8,流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H7.6 ) -乙腈 (75∶ 2 5 ) ,检测波长设定在 30 2 nm。线性范围为进样量 0 .10 μg～ 0 .81μg,γ=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD=1.19%。本方法快速简便 ,精密度好 ,灵敏度高 ,可作为控制奥美拉唑肠溶片质量的方法。
: A method for the determination of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Waters Nova-Pak C1 8 was used as the mobile phase in methanol. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer (p H7.6) -acetonitrile (75:25) and the detection wavelength was set at 30 2 nm. The linear range was 0.10 μg ~ 0.81 μg, γ = 0.9999 with the average recovery of 100.1% and RSD = 1.19%. The method is rapid and convenient, good precision, high sensitivity and can be used as a method for controlling the quality of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.
