目的:探讨新疆沙枣水提取物在体外抗菌作用。方法:采用纸片琼脂扩散法(KB法)和试管连续(对倍)稀释法对新疆沙枣水提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌等菌株的抑菌圈直径,抗菌活性,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)进行实验研究。结果:新疆沙枣水提取物在体外对对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌等其他菌种都没有抑菌效果,只对褔氏痢疾杆菌有轻微的抑菌作用。结论:新疆沙枣水提取物对褔氏痢疾杆菌有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial effect of water extract from jujube in Xinjiang in vitro. Methods: The effects of water extracts from jujube jujube on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A, Pseudomonas aeruginosa Bacteria and other strains of inhibition zone diameter, antibacterial activity, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) experimental study. Results: Xinjiang jujube water extract in vitro against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other bacteria have no antibacterial effect, only Shigella dysenteriae A slight antibacterial effect. Conclusion: Xinjiang jujube water extract has certain inhibitory effect on Shigella dysenteriae.
