蓄热法系砼冬零施工的一种最基本、最经济、最简单的养护方法,特别适用于结构表面系数(m)小于6和气温于-5℃~-10℃的情况下。砼冬季施工总的原则是设法使砼冻结之前,达到施工“临界强度”。热工计算就是以此为目的,以达到“临界强度”之前的期间内热量平衡为原理进行计算的。本文以几张新颖的综合性算图代替其大量繁琐运算,使用简便,精度足够,实为工程技术人员的良好工具,且其作图技巧与原理亦可供图算工作者参考。
The regenerative method is a basic, economical, and simplest method of maintenance for the construction of winter zero, and is particularly suitable when the surface coefficient of the structure (m) is less than 6 and the temperature is between -5°C and -10°C. The general principle of winter construction is to try to make the crucible freeze before reaching the “critical strength” of the construction. The thermal calculation is based on this principle, and the calculation is based on the principle of heat balance during the period before the “critical intensity” is reached. This paper replaces a large number of cumbersome calculations with several novel comprehensive charts. It is easy to use and has sufficient precision. It is a good tool for engineers and technicians, and its drawing techniques and principles are also available to graphic workers.
