目的探讨64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉(冠脉)血管狭窄程度诊断的敏感性和特异性。方法对同时进行冠脉64层螺旋CT检查和冠脉造影检查的60例患者的影像资料进行比对分析,以冠脉造影检查结果作为冠心病诊断标准,判定64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对冠脉血管狭窄程度诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果本院60例患者分别开展64层螺旋CT冠脉成像和冠脉造影检查后,截取清晰符合分析的血管图像。依次对患者的冠脉血管分别按左主干、前降支、回旋支和右冠共240支血管进行病情判定,得出64层螺旋CT对冠心病诊断敏感性为90.0%、特异性为96.7%。结论 64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对于诊断冠脉血管病变具有较高的敏感性和特异性。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery (coronary) vascular stenosis. Methods The imaging data of 60 patients who underwent simultaneous coronary 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography were compared. The results of coronary angiography were used as the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease, and the results of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography Sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of venous stenosis. Results Sixty patients in our hospital underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography, interception of a clear line of analysis of vascular images. The coronary vessels of patients were respectively followed by 240 branches of the left main trunk, descending branch, circumflex branch and right coronary artery. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT were 90.0% and 96.7% . Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography has a high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
