以生地黄饮片的水溶性浸出物为指标，对两种不同质地的生地黄饮片质量进行了实验考察。其结果经统计学处理，二者水溶性浸出物含量（以干燥品计）无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。实验结果表明，质地坚硬的生地黄饮片符合饮片质量要求，不应将其作劣药处理。
Taking the water-soluble extract of Rehmannia scutellare as an index, the quality of Reed Yellow Pieces with two different textures was investigated. As a result of statistical analysis, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the content of water-soluble extracts (measured as dried product). The experimental results show that the rehmannia glutinosa slice with a hard texture meets the quality requirements of the decoction pieces and should not be treated as inferior drugs.
