建筑防水技术在20世纪下半叶经历了快速发展时期,当前我国的建筑防水技术进入了一个新的发展时期,个性化、特殊化以及细节化的市场要求也掀起了建筑防水材料发展的变革。我国防水材料行业目前成绩与问题并存,主要反映在以下两个方面:一是建筑防水材料的发展与更新很快;二是防水工程质量不容乐观。当前,随着低碳经济和节能工程的兴起,为防水工程的发展增添了新的内容,并对防水技术提出了更新、更严格的要求。本文以盘锦旭日辉防水材料有限公司为研究案例,对当前防水材料行业尤其营销策略板块进行相关探讨,为相应公司以及行业的市场开拓提供建议与对策。
In the second half of the 20th century, the waterproofing technology of buildings has undergone a period of rapid development. At present, China’s waterproofing technology for buildings has entered a new period of development. Personalized, specialized and detailed market demands have also brought about changes in the development of waterproofing materials for buildings. The current achievements and problems of waterproof material industry in our country coexist, mainly reflected in the following two aspects: First, the development and renovation of waterproofing materials is fast; second, the quality of waterproofing works is not optimistic. At present, with the rise of low-carbon economy and energy-saving projects, new content has been added to the development of waterproofing projects and new and stricter requirements have been put forward on waterproofing technologies. In this paper, Panjin sun Rihui waterproof material Co., Ltd. as a case study, the current waterproof material industry, especially the marketing strategy section to conduct relevant discussions for the corresponding companies and industries to provide market development advice and countermeasures.
