目的通过测量研究80名兰州地区汉族正常牙合青少年的牙颌模型,建立兰州地区正常牙合汉族青少年的牙冠宽度和高度、牙弓宽度和长度、腭盖高度的正常值标准,为口腔正畸临床提供依据。方法选取兰州地区汉族正常牙合青少年牙颌模型80副(男40副,女40副),利用西门子64排128层螺旋CT对齿科模型进行螺旋扫描,并使用syngo Dental CT专用软件进行三维成像,在模型上测量牙冠宽度和高度、牙弓宽度及长度、腭盖高度,对测量结果进行统计分析,并与国内外的相关资料进行对比研究。结果兰州地区汉族正常牙合青少年的牙冠宽度、牙弓宽度及腭盖高度基本为男性大于女性(P<0.05)。各测量结果与国内外部分地区的报道有所不同。结论人类的牙、牙弓存在种族、地区和性别差异,临床上应参照本地区的标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the normal and occlusal height standards of 80 Chinese Han nationality occlusion adolescents in Lanzhou, Lanzhou, Abnormal clinical basis. Methods Eighty (40 males and 40 females) were enrolled in this study. Eighty-two hundred and forty-two-slice spiral CT was used to scan the dental model of the dentist and the three-dimensional imaging was performed using syngo Dental CT software The crown width and height, dental arch width and length, palatal cover height were measured on the model. Results The coronal width, arch width and palatal cover height of Han normal occlusion adolescents in Lanzhou were significantly higher than those in females (P <0.05). The results are different from those reported in some parts of the world. Conclusion There are racial, regional and gender differences in human teeth and dental arch. Clinically, the standards of the region should be consulted.
