基于铝产品生命周期评价,应用碳足迹方法对中国铝行业能源消耗和气体排放进行研究.分析比较了 2000—2009年中国铝行业碳足迹及相对世界总体状况变化趋势。研究表明,在铝产品完整生命周期过程中,每吨原生铝产品的碳足迹为9.3l hm~2,其中初级生产过程碳足迹为7.69 hm~2,约古总碳足迹的83%,尤以电力所致碳足迹份额相对更为显著。近10 a中国铝行业碳足迹从2000年的2.60×10~7hm~2增加到2009年的1.21×10m hm~2,且对世界铝行业碳足迹比例逐年增大,成为中国铝行业发展劣势。在此基础上,提出一些碳减排措施。
Based on the life cycle assessment of aluminum products, the carbon footprint method was used to study the energy consumption and gas emission in China’s aluminum industry, and the changes of the carbon footprint in China’s aluminum industry and the relative global situation were analyzed and compared. The research shows that the carbon footprint per ton of primary aluminum products is 9.31 hm ~ 2 during the entire life cycle of aluminum products, of which the carbon footprint of primary production is 7.69 hm ~ 2 and about 83% of the total carbon footprint of ancient Cuba, especially Electricity caused by carbon footprint is relatively more significant. In the recent 10 years, the carbon footprint of China’s aluminum industry increased from 2.60 × 10 ~ 7hm 2 in 2000 to 1.21 × 10m hm 2 in 2009. The carbon footprint of the aluminum industry in the world has been increasing year by year, becoming a disadvantage in the development of China’s aluminum industry. On this basis, some measures to reduce carbon emissions.
