目的探讨高脂血症对生化检验项目的干扰,并研究分析消除高脂血症干扰的方法。方法在2011年3月至2013年3月期间于我院接受治疗的高脂血症患者中抽选60例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组抽取患有高脂血症的患者的血液进行生化检验,试验组抽取经过过滤等措施无高脂血症干扰的患者的血液进行检验,研究分析两组患者的生化检查结果。结果高脂血症明显干扰了患者生化检验的检查结果,且对检查结果的准确性有严重影响,而试验组中的三种方法有效地消除了高脂血症对生化检验项目的干扰,令检验结果更具准确性。结论高脂血症对生化检验项目有明显干扰,降低了检验结果的准确率,若采用乙醚提纯法、高速离心法或者是标本冷藏法来过滤患者的检测血液,可有效避免高脂血症对生化检验项目的干扰,并使最终的检验结果更具真实性,效果明显。
Objective To investigate the interference of hyperlipidemia on biochemical test items and to study and analyze the methods to eliminate the interference of hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group, the blood of patients with hyperlipidemia was biochemically tested. The patients in the test group were tested for the blood of patients with no hyperlipidemia after filtering and other biochemical tests. Results Hyperlipemia significantly interfered with the biochemical test results of the patients and had a serious impact on the accuracy of the test results. However, the three methods in the test group effectively eliminated the interference of hyperlipidemia on the biochemical test items and made Test results more accurate. Conclusion Hyperlipidemia has obvious interference on the biochemical test items, reducing the accuracy of the test results. If using the ether purification method, high-speed centrifugation method or specimen cold method to filter the patient’s blood test, can effectively avoid the hyperlipidemia Biochemical tests interfere with the project, and make the final test results more authentic, the effect is obvious.
