硬纤维瘤(DT)是少见的良性肿瘤,它可发生在任何年龄,任何肌-腱膜组织,无完整的包膜,可向周围组织浸润生长,切除后容易复发,不发生转移,但浸润范围广泛时可引起功能障碍,甚至导致死亡,偶有恶性变。我院自1958年10月至1979年12月共收治DT 41例,现报告如下。 临床资料 年龄及性别 年龄1～49岁,平均27.8岁。女23例,男18例,男女之比约为3:4。腹部DT均为女性年龄17～35岁,平均30.8岁。
Desmoid tumor (DT) is an uncommon benign tumor. It can occur at any age, in any muscle-decidual tissue, without a complete envelope. It can infiltrate and grow into surrounding tissues. After resection, it can easily relapse without metastasis, but infiltration. In a wide range, it can cause dysfunction, even death, and occasional malignancy. Our hospital has treated 41 cases of DT from October 1958 to December 1979. The present report is as follows. Clinical data Age and sex Age 1-49 years, mean 27.8 years old. There were 23 females and 18 males. The male to female ratio was about 3:4. The abdomen DT is female aged 17 to 35 years with an average of 30.8 years old.
