目的:建立中成药与保健食品中非法添加20种降糖类化学成分的快速测定方法。方法:采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),以Sunfire~(TM) C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,5.0μm)为分析柱,流动相采用乙腈-0.1%甲酸(75:25),电喷雾电离(ESI)、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,对中成药、保健食品中非法添加的20种化学成分进行快速定性定量分析。结果:建立了快速分离检测中成药、保健食品中20种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于20 ng。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于降糖类中成药、保健品中非法添加成分的定性定量分析。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of 20 kinds of hypoglycemic compounds illegally added to traditional Chinese medicine and health food. Methods: Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) was used with Sunfire ™ C 18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 5.0 μm) as the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid (75:25), electrospray ionization (ESI) and multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) scanning. The chemical constituents illegally added to Chinese patent medicines and health food products were rapidly and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. Results: The method for the rapid determination of 20 illegal components in Chinese traditional medicine and health food was established. The detection limit was less than 20 ng. Conclusion: This method is specific and sensitive, suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of illegally added ingredients in hypoglycemic Chinese patent medicines and health supplements.
