基于宽带全球区域网络的综合通信系统的总体设计方案,是以Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为开发平台,使用Visual C++语言开发的Windows桌面应用系统。系统采用Windows Sockets网络编程接口(WinSock API)构建了移动终端与中心主控端之间的通信和控制平台,实现了卫星网络接入终端管控、语音通话、远程电子白板等功能。该方案是结合卫星通信的优势,将卫星通信网络作为移动终端客户端与中心主控端服务器的信息交互平台。设计和实现了基于卫星移动通信网络的综合通信系统,该系统可应用在生产安全、防洪抢险、抗震救灾、野外勘察、指挥处理突发公共事件等领域,并将在这些领域发挥重要作用。
The overall design of integrated communication system based on broadband global area network is a Windows desktop application system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 as a development platform and using Visual C ++ language. The system uses Windows Sockets network programming interface (WinSock API) to build the communication and control platform between the mobile terminal and the central host terminal, and achieves the functions of satellite network access terminal control, voice call, remote whiteboard and so on. The scheme is based on the advantages of satellite communications, the satellite communications network as a mobile terminal client and central hosting server information exchange platform. An integrated communication system based on satellite mobile communication network is designed and implemented. The system can be applied in the fields of production safety, flood control, earthquake relief, field investigation and directing public emergencies, and will play an important role in these fields.
