该文从宏观和微观两个方面研究了偶联剂对AN/PU复合材料性能的影响。通过测试拉伸强度和燃烧速度等参数表征AN/PU复合材料的力学性能和燃烧性能,并采用IR、ESCA和SEM等现代分析手段对AN/PU多相复合体系的界面相互作用进行了探讨。结果表明,改善AN粒子与基体之间的界面粘结是提高AN/PU复合材料综合性能的重要因素。
This paper studies the effect of coupling agent on the properties of AN / PU composites from macroscopical and microcosmic aspects. The mechanical properties and combustion properties of AN / PU composites were characterized by testing tensile strength and burning rate. The interfacial interactions of AN / PU multiphase composites were also investigated by means of modern analytical methods such as IR, ESCA and SEM. The results show that improving the interfacial adhesion between AN particles and matrix is an important factor to improve the comprehensive properties of AN / PU composites.
