一、冲突,总是不愉快的 冲突是矛盾对立的一种激化表现形式。冲突在组织系统中会产生种种消极作用,例如: 冲突破坏人际关系,造成人与人之间不愿合作,不愿沟通,甚至是相互敌对的状态; 冲突影响职工的工作情绪,使他们感到焦虑、灰心和沮丧; 冲突破坏组织活动的正常程序,导致组织功能失调和组织生活效率降低;
