一、引言在实用中往往需要传感器的输出与输入间呈线性关系,而且要求环境温度变化所引起的传感器输出误差相当小。但实际上许多种原理的传感器,其输出与输入之间呈非线性关系,而且因环境温度变化而引起的误差也是相当可观的。过去,为了减少传感器的非线性和温度误差,通常采用机械或电气的模拟补偿方法来解决,但这些方法的补偿效果并不理想,
