未来学校必须把教育的对象变成自己教育自己的主体,受教育的人必须成为教育他自己的人;别人的教育必须成为自己的教育。一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切。学生学习的过程就是一个由发现新问题为起点,到解决新问题为终点的过程。衡量学生的学习,重要的不是看学生掌握了多少,而是看学生发现了多少;重要的不仅是要学生解决问题,而是让学生善于发现问题,主动提出问题,有勇气面对问题;重要的不是学生提问的正确性、逻辑性,而在于学生发问的独特性和创造性。
In the future, schools must turn the object of education into the subject of their own education, and those who are educated must become the people who educate themselves. The education of others must become their own education. Everything for the students, for all the students, for the students everything. The process of student learning is a process of finding a new problem as a starting point and solving a new problem as the end point. Measuring student learning, the important thing is not to see how much the students have mastered, but to see how much the students have found; what is important is not only asking students to solve the problem but giving students a good grasp of the problem, proactively posting the problem and the courage to face the problem. Is not the correctness and logic of the students ’questions, but the uniqueness and creativity of the students’ questions.
