目的建立反相高效液相色谱测定地骨皮中莨菪亭含量的方法。方法使用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸水溶液(1→100)(25:75,pH=3.0),检测波长为345nm。结果在0.0018-0.1440μg内莨菪亭呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。RSD<1.3%。结论用本法测定地骨皮中莨菪亭含量灵敏准确,为该药材的质量评价提供了一定的参考依据。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of pavilion content in Digupi. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (4.6mm×200mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-glacial acetic acid (1→100) (25:75, pH=3.0). The detection wavelength was 345nm. As a result, a good linear relationship was observed in 0.0018-0.1440 μg guinea pavilion (r=0.9999). RSD<1.3%. [Conclusion] The method is sensitive and accurate for determining the content of palatine in parenchyma, which provides a certain reference for the quality evaluation of this medicinal material.
