目的 对女青少年性激素水平与青春期身心发育的相互关系进行研究。 方法 采用放射免疫法测定唾液雌二醇( E2) 和睾酮(T) 浓度,测量形态与机能发育,及对智力、性格与性心理行为的检查。 结果 两种激素浓度随年龄和第二性征发育而增高,月经初潮组的E2 、T 平均浓度均高于未初潮组( t = 2 .31 ,P< 0 .05) 。E2、T 与血压、肌力均呈显著正相关关系。T 水平较高者,则具有较好的空间推理能力。 结论 E2 、T 对女青少年形态机能及第二性征发育有促进作用,并与心理行为发育有密切关系。
Objective To study the relationship between sexual hormone levels in adolescent girls and their physical and mental development during adolescence. Methods Salivary estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay, morphological and functional development were measured, and mental, personality and psychological behaviors were examined. Results Both hormone concentrations increased with the development of age and secondary sexual characteristics. The mean concentrations of E2 and T in menarche group were significantly higher than those in non-menarche group (t = 2.31, P <0.05). E2, T and blood pressure, muscle strength showed a significant positive correlation. T higher level, then have better spatial reasoning ability. Conclusion E2 and T can promote the development of sexual function and secondary sexual characteristics of female adolescents, and have a close relationship with the development of psychological behavior.
