[目的]明确陆海杂种F1与亲本纤维细胞形态学上的差异,了解优质纤维的形态特征。[方法]以陆地棉中棉所36、鲁棉研19和海岛棉海8577、海7124为亲本配制了4个杂交组合,在扫描电子显微镜下观察F1成熟纤维的形态特征,并与亲本进行比较。[结果]F1纤维长度为32.89~34.75 mm,比强度为34.75~39.80 cN/tex,马克隆值为3.560~4.380,均接近或超过海岛棉亲本。与亲本相比,F1成熟纤维顶部和中部的扭曲程度增大,纵纹加深,均偏向于海岛棉亲本,并且多数组合成熟纤维的中部出现了泡状膨大。[结论]陆海杂种F1成熟纤维的形态与品质明显偏向于海岛棉亲本,并出现了泡状膨大的新性状。
[Objective] To clarify the morphological differences between F1 and parental fibroblasts and to understand the morphological characteristics of high quality fibers. [Method] Four crosses were made from Gossypium hirsutum, Gossypium hirsutum, Gossypium hirsutum, Gossypium hirsutum, 8577 and Hai 7124, and morphological characteristics of F1 mature fiber were observed under scanning electron microscope and compared with their parents . [Result] The length of F1 fiber ranged from 32.89 to 34.75 mm, the specific intensity ranged from 34.75 to 39.80 cN / tex, and the micronaire ranged from 3.560 to 4.380, both of which were close to or surpassing the parents of G. barbadense. Compared with the parent, the degree of distortion in the top and middle of F1 mature fiber was increased, and the longitudinal lines deepened, both of them were biased toward the parents of G. barbadense and the majority of the mature fibers had vacuole bulges in the middle. [Conclusion] The morphology and quality of F1 mature fiber of land-sea hybrid F1 were significantly biased toward the parents of island cotton, and new characters of bubble-shaped swelling appeared.
