在黄土高原引种3种高糖黑麦草(Lolium perenne),采用模拟轮牧(SG)和全株收获干草(MH)两种利用方式,评价饲草生产性能。SG的3种高糖黑麦草品种的粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量和粗灰分的含量明显高于MH,SG的粗纤维含量和可溶性糖含量显著低于MH(P<0.05)。SG显著增加粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分和水分利用效率(P<0.05),提高‘明星’和‘优质’的总能产量。高糖黑麦草品种“明星”的产草量、水分利用效率和各种养分的产量极显著高于其他2个高糖黑麦草品种‘神奇’和‘阿旺’(P<0.01),其他高糖黑麦草品种与对照品种差异不显著(P>0.05)。SG提高高糖黑麦草的饲用价值,且‘明星’的饲用价值高于其他品种。
Three kinds of Lolium perenne were introduced in the Loess Plateau, and forage grass performance was evaluated by using two ways of simulated round grazing (SG) and whole plant harvested hay (MH). The content of crude protein, crude fat and crude ash of SG high-ryegrass varieties were significantly higher than those of MH. The crude fiber content and soluble sugar content of SG were significantly lower than that of MH (P <0.05). SG significantly increased the crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and water use efficiency (P <0.05), and increased the total yield of ’star’ and ’high quality’. The yield, water use efficiency and yield of various nutrients of high-sugar ryegrass variety “Star” were significantly higher than those of the other two high-sugar ryegrass varieties, Fantastic and Nongwang (P <0.01) Other high-sugar ryegrass varieties and control varieties showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). SG increases feed value of high-sugar ryegrass, and ’star’ has a higher feed value than other varieties.
