目的探讨大学生对生命意义的认知与孤独感的关系。方法采用生命态度剖面图量表和UCLA孤独感量表对徐州地区某大学243名大学生进行调查。结果大学生的孤独感处于中等水平,对生命意义的认知处于中等水平,在性别差异上均无统计学显著性;大学生的生命意义认知与孤独感呈显著负相关(r=-0.442,P<0.01);回归分析显示,大学生生命意义认知对孤独感的预测能力为17.5%。结论大学生生命意义的认知水平越高,孤独感水平就越低,并对孤独感具有一定的预测作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ cognition of life meaning and loneliness. Methods A total of 243 undergraduates from a university in Xuzhou district were surveyed using the Life Attitude Profile Scale and the UCLA Loneliness Scale. Results The loneliness of undergraduates was at medium level, and the cognition of life meaning was at medium level. There was no significant difference in gender differences. There was a significant negative correlation between college students’ cognition of life sense and loneliness (r = -0.442, P <0.01). The regression analysis showed that the prediction of life sense of college students on loneliness was 17.5%. Conclusion The higher the cognitive level of college students’ sense of life, the lower the level of loneliness and a certain predictor of loneliness.
