为了解证券交易场所空气溶血性链球菌(HS)的污染状况,对三家证券交易场所空气溶血性链球菌(HS)及细菌总数(BT)在不同时间段进行采样检测,结果表明,证券交易场所空气HS浓度营业后明显高于营业前,且有随着人均容积减小而升高的趋势。三家证券交易场所空气HS浓度均值分别为72CFU/m3、64CFU/m3、79CFU/m3,其中超过36CFU/m3的检测点分别占87.5%、75.0%、82.5%。三家证券交易场所空气BT的浓度均值均未超过2000CFU/m3。说明证券交易场所HS污染比BT严重。HS比BT更能反映生物性污染状况。建议将证券交易场所纳入《公共场所卫生管理条例》的管理范畴,并制订相应的空气HS卫生标准。
In order to understand the contamination status of hemolytic streptococcus (HS) in the stock exchange, the samples of airborne hemolytic streptococcus (HS) and total bacteria (BT) in the three stock exchanges were sampled and tested at different time intervals.
