一、试验目的 在烧结配料中加入5%左右的消石灰,10~15%的高硅庞家堡富矿的“双强化措施”,经过鞍钢烧结工业试验结果表明,可以提高烧结矿产量和质量。但包钢的具体生产工艺、操作、设备与鞍钢有所不同,在包钢具体条件下,还应进一步验证该措施的可靠性并通过试验,总结出双强化措施的产、质量指标和技术操作数据,为近几年的烧结正常生产提供依据,也使生产中的工艺技术操作在现有基础上提高一步,为包钢大干快上,打好原料翻身仗,提供一定的条件。因此,在冶金部及内蒙工作组支持下,公司组织有关单位,以烧结厂为主,进行了这次试验。参加这次试验的有北京钢铁学院,北京钢铁研究院炼铁室,包钢中央试验室、包钢科技处、生产处、质量处等单位。
