目的 了解中药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 我科对1996年12月～1999年12月收住的毛细支气管炎的婴儿分组治疗。对照组给予抗菌素、抗病毒、平喘、纠酸及糖皮质激素等药物应用,治疗组在此基础上加用中药“清肺平喘汤”服用3～5日。结果 加用清肺平喘汤,可使患儿的症状及体征消失时间缩短,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 说明中药清肺平喘汤佐治毛细支气管炎可达到尽快缓解症状、减少并发症、缩短病程、降低病死率的作用。
Objective To understand the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods Our department for December 1996 ~ December 1999 admitted to bronchiolitis infants treated. Control group was given antibiotics, anti-virus, antiasthmatic, acid correction and glucocorticoid and other drug applications, the treatment group on this basis with traditional Chinese medicine “Qingfei Pingchuan Decoction” take 3-5 days. The results with Qingfei Pingchuan soup, can make children with symptoms and signs disappear time is significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Chinese medicine Qingfei Pingchuan treatment of bronchiolitis can be achieved as soon as possible to relieve symptoms, reduce complications, shorten the course of disease, reduce mortality.
