本文对新型中碳马氏体阀门钢5Cr8Si2与现行同类阀门钢4Cr9Si2、4Cr10Si2Mo在不同淬火温度、不同回火温度的调质强度、塑性、韧性及综合力学性能作了对比试验研究。试验结果表明:5Cr8Si2的调质力学性能较4Cr9Si2、4Cr10Si2Mo优越,5Cr8Si2经990℃油淬、700℃左右空冷回火处理后.具有较高的强度及较好的塑韧性。
In this paper, the new type of carbon steel martensitic valve steel 5Cr8Si2 and the current similar valve steel 4Cr9Si2, 4Cr10Si2Mo different quenching temperature, tempering temperature of different tempered strength, plasticity, toughness and mechanical properties were compared and studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of 5Cr8Si2 are better than those of 4Cr9Si2 and 4Cr10Si2Mo, and the 5Cr8Si2 is oil quenched at 990 ℃ and air-cooled and temper treated at about 700 ℃, which has higher strength and better plasticity and toughness.
