Survey and design of expressways in Zhejiang Province traffic construction history is unprecedented. The high technical requirements, large-scale, non-ordinary road project comparable. The advanced countries in the world also attach great importance to the huge investment in high-speed highway engineering survey and design. Therefore, undertaking survey and design of expressway is a new challenge to Zhejiang Provincial Traffic Design Institute. In Zhejiang highway construction encountered
