目的探讨人类大肠肿瘤中是否存在疱疹病毒属中EB病毒的感染,EB病毒是否参与了肿瘤的致病作用。方法应用PCR方法对10例大肠良性肿瘤或肿瘤样病变标本和10例大肠恶性肿瘤病变标本进行EB病毒DNA扩增。结果在20例病变标本中,EB病毒DNA阳性率为19/20,所得DNA片断为311bP。结论人类大肠良恶性肿瘤组织及某些称谓癌前病变的组织中存有EB病毒感染。致病作用可能和宿主细胞之间基因调控,与其它病毒的协同作用以及各种理化因素相关联。探讨EB病毒是否参与了大肠癌的致癌作用以及与基因间的相互关系,是十分有意义的课题。
Objective To investigate the existence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in herpesvirus in human colorectal tumors and whether Epstein-Barr virus is involved in the pathogenesis of the tumor. Methods Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA was amplified by PCR in 10 specimens of benign tumors or tumor-like lesions and 10 specimens of colorectal malignancies. Results In 20 lesions, the positive rate of EB virus DNA was 19/20, and the DNA fragment was 311bP. Conclusion Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection exists in human colorectal benign and malignant tumors and certain pre-cancerous lesions. The pathogenic effects may be related to gene regulation between host cells, synergy with other viruses, and various physicochemical factors. It is of great significance to investigate whether Epstein-Barr virus is involved in the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer and its interrelationship with genes.
