目的:研究双孢蘑菇胞内多糖及胞外多糖的化学结构。方法:采用葡聚糖凝胶纯化、高效液相色谱、紫外光谱、薄层层析、气相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解等色谱及化学方法测定。结果:胞内多糖及胞外多糖均由单一葡聚糖组成,具有β型糖苷键。结论:对双孢蘑菇胞内多糖及胞外多糖的结构研究为首次报道。
Objective: To study the chemical structures of intracellular polysaccharides and extracellular polysaccharides of Agaricus bisporus. Methods: Dextran gel purification, high performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation chromatographic and chemical methods. Results: Intracellular polysaccharides and extracellular polysaccharides were composed of a single glucan with β-glycosidic bonds. Conclusion: The study of the structure of intracellular polysaccharide and extracellular polysaccharide from Agaricus bisporus was reported for the first time.
