64排CT冠状动脉成像已成为冠脉病变诊断及筛查的重要无创性检查,但心律不齐、心动过速、钙化支架伪影仍影响其冠脉成像质量以及辐射剂量过高。本文总结了后64排CT如双源CT、Brilliance ICT、宝石CT、320排CT在上述检查中取得的进展和仍然存在的不足,表明后64排CT的辐射剂量均有所减低,双源CT、Brilliance ICT随着时间分辨率的提高基本上解决了心动过速的问题,320排CT根本上解决了心律不齐的问题,并对后64排螺旋CT冠脉检查的发展前景进行讨论。
64-slice CT coronary angiography has become an important noninvasive diagnosis and screening of coronary lesions. However, arrhythmia, tachycardia and calcification stenting still affect the quality of coronary angiography and radiation dose. This article summarizes the progress and the remaining shortcomings of the latter 64-row CT such as dual-source CT, Brilliance ICT, gemstone CT and 320-row CT in the above examination, indicating that the radiation dose of the latter 64 rows of CT has been reduced, Brilliance ICT basically resolved the tachycardia problem with time resolution. The 320-row CT fundamentally solved the problem of arrhythmia and discussed the future of the 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.
