纤维素是自然界含量最多的绿色可再生有机材料,通过化学改性增加纤维素表面羧基,可以有效提高纤维素的水溶性。2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧自由基(TEMPO)是一种哌啶类自由基,可以选择性氧化糖类C6伯羟基。本文讨论了不经预处理的阔叶木浆在TEMPO/NaClO/NaBr体系中氧化的最适工艺条件。实验证明反应温度控制在25℃,pH控制在10.5,NaClO用量控制在7.5mmol/gfiber最适。
Cellulose is the most abundant green renewable organic material in nature. By chemically modifying carboxyl groups on the surface of cellulose, the water solubility of cellulose can be effectively improved. 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine oxygen free radical (TEMPO) is a piperidine free radical, can selectively oxidize the sugar C6 primary hydroxyl. This article discusses the optimum conditions for the oxidation of hardwood pulp without TEM in a TEMPO / NaClO / NaBr system. Experiments show that the reaction temperature is controlled at 25 ℃, pH control at 10.5, NaClO dosage control at 7.5mmol / gfiber optimum.
