一提到教学改革,教育界的人士自然会想到山东的杜郎口和江苏的洋思,于是乎,全国各地竞相派出教育界的领导和教师前去观摩考察,回去后有不少地方模仿采纳其教学模式。然而,由于教师个体对新课程标准理解和体悟的层面不同,不顾全国各地教育发展不平衡的现状,不能做到因地制宜,因此,在实施过程中出现了不少的问题。作为广西桂北地区的一位基层教师,目前,也正在实施新课堂有效教学的改革,感同身受,把在这一过程中出现并需要注意纠正的几个问题分析一下。

Therefore, many problems have arisen in the implementation process. As a grass-roots teacher in Guangxi’s Guangxi region, at present, the reform of effective teaching in new classrooms is also being carried out, empathizing with others and analyzing a few issues that arise in the process and need to be corrected.
