介绍用于振动信号分析的小波分析基本理论。把小波分析技术应用到车辆振动信号检测中,通过离散二进小波变换,把实际振动信号分解成包含高频和低频两部分的若干层。利用小波分析技术,在合适的分解层中把车辆振动的非平稳时域异常信号检测出来并使其得到准确的时域定位;把路面激励信号从车辆整体振动中分离出来;同时从频域把短时或局部信号的谱检测出来,实现了常规分析方法所不能达到的功能。
Describes the basic theory of wavelet analysis for vibration signal analysis. The wavelet analysis technology is applied to the vehicle vibration signal detection. The discrete vibration signal is decomposed into several layers including high frequency and low frequency by discrete binary wavelet transform. Using wavelet analysis technology, the non-stationary time-domain anomaly signal of vehicle vibration is detected in an appropriate decomposition layer to obtain accurate time-domain positioning; the road surface excitation signal is separated from the overall vibration of the vehicle; meanwhile, Short-term or local signal spectrum detected, to achieve the conventional analysis methods can not achieve the function.
