用热天秤减重法对钛精矿氧化球团矿进行氢还原实验。氧化焙烧能分解和改变原生钛铁矿的结构,从而改善其还原性能。钛精矿氧化球团矿的氢还原过程,受假板钛矿、钛铁晶石和钛铁矿这三个矿物的连串还原反应速度的控制。从单位容积的竖炉模型计算可知,利用现有的竖炉还原技术,能生产钛精矿金属化球团。金属化球团经稀酸浸取可得高品位的金红石。
Hydrogen reduction experiments on oxidized pellets of titanium concentrate by hot weight scale method. Oxidation roasting can decompose and change the structure of native ilmenite to improve its reduction performance. Hydrogen reduction of titanium concentrate oxidized pellets is controlled by a series of reduction reactions of the three minerals, namely, tibble, ilmenite and ilmenite. From the unit volume of the shaft furnace model calculations show that the use of existing shaft reduction technology can produce titanium concentrate metallized pellets. Metallized pellets by dilute acid leaching available high-grade rutile.
