为研究极低频电磁场(ELF-EMFs)对SD大鼠造血系统的影响,从而合理利用电力资源预防疾病的发生,将128只SD雄性大鼠随机分成2组,即暴露组和对照组,将暴露组大鼠置于磁感应强度为100μT、频率为50 Hz的极低频电磁场暴露装置中,每天暴露20 h,连续暴露12周;而对照组SD大鼠不接受极低频电磁场的暴露。分别在暴露前和暴露12周后对SD大鼠的血常规进行检测。在暴露结束后,取SD大鼠的股骨和脾脏进行苏木素-伊红染色,并观察其结构。此外,还对SD大鼠的骨髓活检进行了细胞学分析,并对其脾脏组织中的细胞分类进行了检测。结果表明:暴露组与对照组SD大鼠的外周血液白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例和淋巴细胞比例没有统计学差异;且极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度和血小板计数没有影响;SD大鼠骨髓以及脾脏的苏木素-伊红染色显示极低频电磁场暴露对其造血器官结构没有影响。骨髓活检结果显示极低频磁场暴露并未导致SD大鼠的骨髓发生细胞学异常,脾脏细胞分类计数表明暴露组与对照组之间各类细胞分类并无差异。由此可得结论:磁感应强度为100μT、频率为50 Hz的极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的造血系统没有影响。
In order to study the effect of ELF-EMFs on the hematopoietic system in SD rats, and to make rational use of power resources to prevent the disease, 128 SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups, the exposure group and the control group. The rats were exposed to ELF electromagnetic field exposure device with magnetic flux density of 100μT and frequency of 50 Hz for 20 h every day for 12 weeks. SD rats in the control group were not exposed to ELF electromagnetic fields. The blood routine of SD rats was detected before exposure and after exposure for 12 weeks. At the end of exposure, the femurs and spleens of SD rats were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and their structures were observed. In addition, cytological analysis of bone marrow biopsies of SD rats was also performed, and cell classification in spleen tissues was examined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in peripheral blood leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio and lymphocyte ratio between the exposed group and the control group, and no significant difference in red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and platelet count The hematoxylin-eosin staining of bone marrow and spleen of SD rats showed that the extremely low frequency electromagnetic field exposure had no effect on the structure of hematopoietic organs. Bone marrow biopsy results showed that very low frequency magnetic field exposure did not lead to bone marrow cytology abnormalities in SD rats, and the classification and counting of spleen cells showed that there was no difference in the types of cells between the exposed group and the control group. It can be concluded: the magnetic induction of 100μT, frequency of 50Hz ELF electromagnetic field has no effect on the SD rat hematopoietic system.
