本文以南京晨光机器厂在市场经济中生存发展的实践,提出并探讨“三全”用户服务评价观念,藉此强化企业让“用户满意”意识,全面提高企业在市场竞争中的整体实力。
Based on the practice of Nanjing Chenguang Machinery Factory in the market economy, this paper proposes and discusses the concept of “Sanquan” customer service evaluation, to strengthen the awareness of “customer satisfaction” and to improve the overall strength of the enterprise in the market competition.
